What happens when credits run out?
Sensemaker pauses managed processing and offers a prepaid credit pack. It does not create an automatic overage charge.
Does BYOK unlock paid features?
No. Your OpenAI key covers supported Basic processing. Ongoing Ask requires Supporter, Pro, or Pro+, and ongoing Meetings require Pro or Pro+.
Where do I see current allowances?
Open Settings → Plan & usage in Portal. Companion also shows the relevant balance before a metered workflow starts.
