Information Sensemaker handles
Sensemaker handles account information, recordings and transcripts you submit, material you add or connect, and the personal context you confirm in your workspace. It also records limited operational information needed to run, secure, and improve the service.
How information is used
Your information is used to provide the workflows you request, including transcription, summaries, Ask answers, context suggestions, Lists, Actions, drafts, and supported connections.
Service providers
Sensemaker may use OpenAI for supported language and transcription workflows, Microsoft Azure Speech for Meeting transcription, and SendGrid for service emails.
Meetings and speaker names
Meeting audio is submitted for transcription. Review and correct speaker names after processing. Ready emails contain a link to the Meeting rather than transcript content.
Connected services
Optional connections work only when you configure or use them. You can revoke supported access tokens from Sensemaker settings.
Your choices
You can review and correct personal context, choose whether to enable optional connections and email notifications, and manage supported account settings in Portal. Do not record people without the consent required by applicable law and policy.
Security
Keep account links, API keys, pairing links, and access tokens confidential. Contact support promptly if you believe an account or credential has been exposed.
Questions
For privacy questions or account requests, use the support channel identified in your Sensemaker account or Support.
